Important information: from 4-7 July 2024, a big rock festival (Rock Werchter) with high demand for hotel rooms is taking place near Leuven. We invite you to book your hotel room as early as possible to avoid any issues!

Leuven has over 1000 hotel rooms in various price ranges. Most are conventiently located in close vicinity of the city centre and the conference venue. Hotels, Bed & Breakfasts and youth hostels will all welcome you warmly. Please find an overview of the options below.

Accommodation with quota and special rates for EAERE2024

Brussels

In case you cannot find accommodations in Leuven, you can look for a hotel at Brussels Airport. Frequent trains bring you from the airport to Leuven in less than 15 minutes.

Another option is to book an hotel in Brussels city near the Brussels Nord railway station. The train ride to Leuven is about 20 minutes.
