Hotel booking for WCERE 2018 in Gothenburg

Sweden MEETX is the official provider of hotel rooms for congress delegates and exhibitor
partaking in WCERE 2018. Below are the hotels with which Meetx has made special arrangements. A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked for the event.

Your booking is immediately confirmed by e-mail. Payment can be made by credit card or by invoice for Swedish organizations with Swedish VAT number. All prices quoted are in Swedish Krona (SEK/kr) and excludes 12 % VAT. The total amount and full prepayment of the hotel reservation, as calculated on the booking, must be transferred or paid when the booking is submitted.
